Cancellations and Refund Policy

A. For Clients

• First Cancellation/No-Show: No charges. Session would be rescheduled at no cost.

• From Second Session Onwards: Client must inform at least 4 hours before the session. Failure to do so will result in full session charges.

B. For Therapists

• First Cancellation: No penalty, but therapist must inform the client beforehand to reschedule the session.

• First No-Show: No penalty, therapist must reschedule the session with client.

• From Second Session Onwards (cancellations/no-show): Therapist will be charged a percentage of their session fee and must reschedule promptly.

D. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

• Workshop/training fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by Untangle Mind.
