A Bit About Me
I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2011 and have since worked across diverse settings, including hospitals, NGOs, mental health clinics, and schools. I am deeply passionate about and committed to my work in the field of mental health. I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Special Education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I co-founded a grief support group called Staying Alive for individuals who lost their loved ones to the virus. At a time of profound collective loss, the group served as a meaningful platform for people to stay connected and support one another in navigating their grief. I am a trained Animal-Assisted Therapist and have worked extensively in school settings with children on the autism spectrum and those with learning difficulties. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults facing concerns such as depression, anxiety, work-related stress, relationship challenges, self-harm, and addictions. I am well-versed in providing individual, group, family, and couples counselling.
